This is for the gentlemen and even though Movember is about men's health, we can still honour the fathers, brothers, friends and the mighty men who set us an example in life. As with Womens' Day, we would like to collect toiletries for the men at Kensington Home for the Aged. They are in need of shaving cream, BIC disposable razors, men's deodorant, shampoo, baby powder, aqueous cream and Ingram's Camphor Cream. Dress code will be Mo's (if you can't make it then fake it even if you draw one on) and bowties with a prize for the best mo with a bowtie. There will be a bit of a walk followed by a picnic catered for by the ladies - guys, no need to bring anything. Ladies, eats and drinks please.
2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
At the top end of Deer Park Drive, drive past the boom and up the piece of bumpy road to the first parking on the right.
The usual - water, snacks, hat, friends, R20 guest fee for non Meridian Hiking Club members. Regret no dogs.
